PU foam, impregnated, sustainable sealing effect
PM Compriband tapes are single-sided bonding. The foams are pre-compressed and swell after mounting - a sustainable sealing performance occurs.
Carrier: PU-foam, impregnated, pre-compressed
Adhesive: water-based acrylic
Liner: paper
Total thickness: depends on product (from approx. 5,0 mm up to 80,0 mm)
Adhesion: depends on product
Temperature resistance: -30°C / +80°C
Hints:
The foams are pre-compressed and swell after mounting - a sustainable sealing performance occurs (depending of the use or product also against driving rain). Soft PU-foams with dfferent impregnation (acrylic, bitumen) - depending on use - are applied.
Applications:
Sealing of gaps and connection joints on walls/concrete/wood, connection sealing in windows and facade engineering, for roof-tiles, in flood protection, as noice barrier, for bridge construction, etc.
